Note / Reminders:
1) We will start Fall-in early so please be at church by 1.45pm
2) There will be no Kenosis session for 6th, 13th and 20th August
3) This week is your last week to submit your leave and award forms
4) If you made last minute changes to your Pesta participation, please bring along your participation form and fees of RM270
5) Squad 1 is in charge of refreshments and cleaning the cloths.
6) There will be a photo session for individual members this Sat, so please be there according to the time slots given.

SENIORs - Attendance

Folks,

Please find the latest attendance update (before taking into account the leave forms submitted recently). We will take the attendance up to end July. The last day for submission of your leave forms will be by 30th July. After that we will finalize your overall attendance which will determine if you will be receiving your award on E&A or not.

 

I will NOT chase you anymore. Your attendance, Your awards, Your promotion - all your OWN responsibility!

 

Platoon Leaders - Please make sure all the Squad Leaders brief their members on this and what it means.

Squad Leaders - Please make sure your communicate CLEARLY to ALL your squad members on this.

 

I will attach the detailed attendance file below so you can determine your presence and absence.

 

Looking at the current market rate which is up to June 2016, we may not need to invest much money on badges or NCO chevrons.

SENIORs - Drill Team Selection

Hi all,

We will be having a drill selection during this coming Saturday (25 June) during drill session. The selection is open to all members of the seniors section. Those who are capable of performing good standard drill will be place in the Selangor State drill team for the upcoming competition.

SENIORs - PESTA

Urgent reminder seniors. If you are going for PESTA, please submit your PESTA forms by 25 June,THIS SATURDAY! We need to quickly settle all forms by then because other companies are also signing up, so seats are limited and running out as we speak. Registration will flow on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis.

* PESTA registration is a must for those in the drill team or volunteering as participants (we will refund you back soon after the screening process).

 

If you are going for PESTA please fill up the "Registration form" and the "Compilation form" (attached below). If you are below 18, you need to include your parent's consent and details in the registration form. "Registration Form" must be submitted as HARD COPY, but "Compilation form" can be emailed to me at leong.jeremiah@gmail.com. Please pass forms to me before 4:30pm this week (really sorry that I won't be around after 4:30pm). And also attach RM270 to the forms. That goes for would-be PARTICIPANTS as well, please bring RM270. Thank you and God bless. See you this week. :)

SENIORs: Bukit Gasing Hike on 21st May 2016

AYYO WHUDDUP SENIORS!

As you guys may have already heard, we will be hiking up Bukit Gasing this coming Saturday (21/5). We will meet as usual parade time from 2.00 - 6.30pm. Dress code for parade will be sports/hiking attire (you do not need to come in mufti or uniform) with sports/hiking shoes but please no revealing clothes.

We will split the section into Platoon 1 and 2. Platoon 1 will head up to Bk Gasing using the counter clockwise Southern route while Platoon 2 will take on the clockwise Northern route. There is a map of Bk Gasing attatched here so please do take a look at them and be familiar with the place especially the terrain.

Platoon 1
Head to the Main Entrance into the nature park south of the playground
Head towards Checkpoint 1 - the Watch Tower
Proceed northwards pass the "Killer Stretch" and loop down to the suspension bridge
Exit from the Northern exit near Jalan 5/17
Head back to 22 in PBC

Platoon 2
Head to the Northern entrance by Jalan 5/17
Head towards the suspension bridge and loop up towards the "Killer Stretch" 
Head south towards the Watch Tower
Head down and out from the South Main Entrance
Head back to 22 in PBC

Things to bring:
- Backpack
- Drinking water bottle(s) (bring sufficient water cuz it's gonna be very hot)
- Towel
- Poncho
- Cap/hat
- Your shoes you are planning to wear to hike into the camp
- One full set of dry clothes, towel, shoes etc in the event you get all soaked in the rain (to be left behind in 22)

I would suggest bringing 2 bags along, one for the hike and the other to leave at no.22 with the rest of your items. If you do have waterproof bags (10-15 litre) those are perfect for the hike.
Oh and remember to pray for good weather, unless you fancy a free mud bath in the jungle.

SENIORs: BB Malaysia Pesta 2016

Hey Seniors. 

PESTA 2016 is on! It is from 16 Dec. to 22 Dec. and is held at HELP University. Fees for early birds is RM270 and RM330 if you register late (after 31st July) so sign up fast! Will keep you posted on any further updates.

Registration will be open this week so please check with your parents and confirm your participation to LCPL Jeremiah Leong. 

SENIORs: First Aid Classes on 28th May & 4th June 2016

Please take note of the upcoming First Aid class for this year. The class will consist of 2 full-day Saturday sessions. Don't forget to bring your writing material and stationery.

Dress code: Mufti - Mufti top, Name Tag, BB pants, BB belt and boots
