The badge classes and awards system organized for the members in The Boys’ Brigade enables members to explore diverse knowledge and skills, earning various badges along the way through the many opportunities provided for them to earn these badges. Through this process, members are able to uncover their talents and interests, embark on exciting adventures and outings, delve into community studies, and actively engage in sports and physical activities.

These badges may be obtained by members through many ways such as badge classes, self paced assignments, sports or curricular achievements etc. Special Awards, notably from the Senior Section and Junior Section, may be obtained through special ways such as serving for sessions in the company, current academic achievements, attending state level training courses etc.
